Yes! Our enclosed pet beds are designed to be versatile and spacious enough for most small pets, including cats and small dog breeds. The cozy enclosed design provides a sense of security that pets love, making it a perfect hideaway for naps and relaxation. The raised cat and dog bed is suitable for medium to large dogs. Please refer to the sizing of each bed for finer details.

To keep your pet’s bed in great condition: Vacuum regularly to remove pet hair and dust. Wipe the surface of the water hyacinth or rattan with a damp cloth if needed. The inner cushion has a removable cover that can be machine-washed. Always check the care label for specific washing instructions.

Absolutely. We use natural, chemical-free materials and non-toxic finishes to ensure your pet’s safety. Our enclosed beds are made with your pet's health in mind — no harmful glues, dyes, or treatments are used in the weaving or finishing process.

Currently, our pet beds are available in three carefully curated models that fits cats and most small dogs comfortably and one large bed that can comfortably accommodate medium to large dogs. Bumi offers flat-rate shipping to simplify your shopping experience. Due to the size and weight of our handcrafted pet beds, shipping large items can be expensive. We've chosen a flat rate of $30 to keep things fair and predictable for all our customers.

Metro areas: 3–7 business days Regional and rural areas: 7–12 business days We use trusted courier partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order ships.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our handmade products and shipping costs, return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. If the product is damaged on arrival, please email us at hello@bumi.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
